Our Mission

Rooted. Revived. Released. Taking Jesus Everywhere.

Charis Church exists to create a Spirit-filled, Christ-centered community where people from every generation encounter the presence of God, are rooted in the Word, grow in grace, and are trained to walk in their Kingdom calling. From Killeen to the nations, we are raising a multi-generational, multicultural family of worshipers, reformers, and revivalists who carry the love, truth, and power of Jesus into every sphere of influence, family, education, government, media, arts, entertainment, business, and the church. Charis Church is a place of worship, a center of equipping, and a launchpad for transformation.

What We Believe

At Charis Church, our beliefs are rooted in the Word of God and guided by the Holy Spirit. We seek to live out our faith practically, impacting our families, communities, and the world.

The Bible is God’s inspired, infallible Word and the foundation for faith and practice.

God exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, three persons in one Godhead.

Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, who died, rose, and reigns as Lord.

The Holy Spirit empowers believers for a Spirit-filled life, gifts, and service in God’s Kingdom.

Worship and prayer are central to encountering God, experiencing revival, and transforming lives.

The church is the body of Christ, called to make disciples, serve others, and advance God’s Kingdom.

“To the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places.”

Ephesians 3:10

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them… teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you…”

Matthew 28:19–20

“And they shall rebuild the old ruins, they shall raise up the former desolations… they shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.”

Isaiah 58:12

“One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts.”

Psalm 145:4
