In 1961, Pastor Dennis Balcombe, our founder, received his calling to go to China. In 1969, Pastor Dennis Balcombe left the United States and planted Revival Christian Church (RCC) in Hong Kong. Since the first tour group of Westerners into China in 1979, RCMI has worked hard to put Bibles and books into the hands of the Chinese people. The call has rung out internationally and has been answered by those who have moved to Hong Kong for short and long terms to carry Bibles. Many of them have now settled permanently in China for mission work. RCMI now works closely with mission-minded Chinese churches through frequent visits of encouragement and leadership training.
